Participants are kindly advised that, particularly those who will not be travelling with their own vehicle, it will be necessary to book accommodation in Viterbo for the night of September 15, 2026.
On September 15, shuttle buses organized by the Conference will transport participants from Rome to Viterbo.
Return shuttle services will be provided only on September 16, at the conclusion of the conference activities. The shuttles will transfer participants back to Rome and/or to Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (Fiumicino).
For this reason, participants who are not independently mobile are strongly encouraged to arrange overnight accommodation in Viterbo for September 15.
